Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Busser/Server Assistant to ensure guests experience exceptional service. You will clear tables, reset dining areas, restock service stations and assist the wait staff by handling beverages and special requests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong guest interaction, and adherence to safety standards in a fine dining environment. You’ll be part of a boutique hospitality team and contribute to maintaining a clean, efficient dining room while

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Legible handwriting required.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, deliver and serve trays up to 50 pounds.
• Balance serving tray on one hand while serving customers with the other.
• Set up folding tables to support heavy orders.
• Understand and explain dishes on current menus.

Responsibilities

• Clear used tableware and debris from tables to bus station.
• Wipe tables and chairs; maintain cleanliness around tables.
• Refill beverages and assist with condiments and tableware requests.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bus station for efficiency.
• Return cleaned dishes to service stations for replenishment.
