Responsibilities

• Set tables and assist wait staff with beverages and requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and bus station, adhering to sanitation policies.
• Retrieve cleaned dishes and distribute to service stations to keep a ready supply.
• Identify and explain dishes on current menus to guests.
• Perform other duties including running dishes, sweeping, and restocking as needed.
