Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a restaurant support role focused on guest experience and back-of-house cleanliness. You will set up dining areas, polish silverware, reset tables, and assist servers and bartenders as needed to ensure smooth service.

We value team players with strong English communication, basic math and computer skills, and the physical ability to lift 20 pounds. This role includes morning setup and maintaining sanitary standards in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the English language to communicate with guests, associates and vendors.
• Good mathematical and computer skills.
• Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Ability to be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up restaurant for service, including tables, mats, silverware, glassware and napkins.
• Polish silverware and glassware and reset tables between seatings.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and other team members as needed with guest service.
• Clear, clean and reset tables and transport soiled ware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Sweep/mop floors, wipe highchairs, and maintain sanitary standards.
• Assist in stocking and rotation of food items during opening times as required.
