Job summary

InterContinental Indianapolis is seeking a Food & Beverage Leader to guide and develop a team delivering exceptional guest experiences at Serliana Café, room service, and minibar. You will oversee day-to-day operations, accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and drive service excellence across all F&B outlets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field, 3+ years of management experience, and local language proficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field.
• 3+ years’ related experience, including management experience.
• Must speak local language.
• Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B operational strategy: oversee operations of Food & Beverage department, focusing on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Drive guest satisfaction strategy: lead development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
• Contribute to revenue growth: collaborate with the F&B Director and Culinary team to develop and implement creative menus and effective food and beverage marketing strategies
• Cultivate a high-performing team: drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
• Uphold regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

About this position

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them. Oversight of the day-to-day operation of the Serliana Café, room service, and minibar.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different,but you’ll mostly be:

What we offer

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000. This role is eligible for bonus pay.
