Job summary

Lombardi Family Concepts, Inc. is seeking energetic Bussers to support our wait staff by clearing tables and setting up dining areas between seatings.

You will promptly clean, reset and arrange table tops, chairs and booths; maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant; take soiled wares to the dish room; assist servers with food delivery as needed; and communicate with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus.

• Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Be able to lift, reach, bend and stop
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

• Promptly clean, reset and arrange table tops, chairs and booths between seatings

• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload/sort silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas
• Proactively pre-buss during peak hours
• Assist servers with food delivery as needed
• Maintain constant communication with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service
