Job summary

Lombardi Family Concepts in Plano, TX seeks energetic Bussers to support our wait staff by clearing tables and keeping dining areas pristine.

Responsibilities include promptly cleaning and resetting tables, assisting servers with food delivery, and maintaining cleanliness restaurant-wide. Candidates should be team players, able to lift and stand for long periods, and able to communicate with guests.

• Promptly clean, reset and arrange table tops, chairs and booths between seatings.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload/sort silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas.
• Proactively pre-buss during peak hours.
• Assist servers with food delivery as needed.
• Maintain constant communication with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
