Responsabilidades

• Clear and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths promptly after guests depart.
• Reset tables with clean place settings, napkins, and menus.
• Deliver water, bread, or initial beverages to seated guests.
• Transport dirty dishware to the kitchen dish station.
• Replenish side stations with ice, silverware, napkins, and condiments.
• Maintain floor cleanliness by sweeping or wiping up spills immediately.

Job Title: Restaurant Busser
Reports To: Front-of-House Manager / Lead Server
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking, energetic Busser to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests by promptly clearing and resetting tables, supporting our wait staff, and maintaining dining room cleanliness.

Key Duties

• Clear and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths quickly after guests depart.
• Reset tables with clean place settings, napkins, and menus.
• Deliver water, bread, or initial beverages to seated guests as requested.
• Transport dirty dishware and glassware to the kitchen dish station.
• Replenish side stations with ice, silverware, napkins, and condiments throughout the shift.
• Maintain floor cleanliness by sweeping or wiping up spills immediately.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand and walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, though we are willing to train the right entry-level candidate.
