Job summary

Kona Brewing Hawaiʻi's Kailua-Kona Pub is hiring Bussers to support servers and keep the floor running smoothly in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Shifts can be part-time or full-time (non-exempt), with a focus on delivering quick, friendly service and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

You will help clear tables, assist with running dishes during busy times, and keep dining areas, stations, and restrooms stocked and clean.

About the Role

Our Bussers help keep the floor running smoothly by supporting servers, turning tables quickly, and making sure our guests always have a clean, welcoming space to enjoy their food and beer. They work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver fast, friendly service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests
• Deliver food and assist servers with running dishes during busy times
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked
• Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages as needed
• Assist with polishing glassware and restocking plates, silverware, and condiments

What We’re Looking For
