• Reliable, on-time, and ready for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every table with genuine aloha and a big smile.
• Talk guests through beers and menu, recommend favorites, and upsell without being pushy.
• Take orders accurately, drop food and beer quickly, and keep drinks topped off.
• Read the room, jump in where needed, and help the team keep the pub flowing.
• Handle payments correctly and close out checks smoothly at the end of the meal.
• Keep your section clean, stocked, and guest-ready all shift long.
