Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays or bus tubs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart, ensuring a clean dining area.
Assistance to Servers: Help servers with refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing items to guests.
Support to Kitchen Staff: Transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and ensure correct table delivery.
Organization and Restocking: Keep stations clean and restock napkins, utensils, and condiments.
Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests, address inquiries, and escalate to servers or management when needed.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop floors, clean windows, and report maintenance needs.
