Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a Busser for Charbonos in Avon, IN. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized dining area, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.

The position is non-exempt, with opportunities for tips and advancement within CRG. This role requires physical stamina to stand and move many hours, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a team‑oriented mindset to help deliver a welcoming guest

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks and delivering orders.
• Transport dishes to the dishwashing area and support kitchen staff.
• Keep server and busser stations clean and organized; restock supplies as needed.
• Interact with guests professionally and respond to requests.
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance around the dining area.
