Qualifications

• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily operations, planning, and decision-making.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams; train staff.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and budgeting.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Step in as acting General Manager in GM's absence.
