Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest Outback Steakhouse franchisee in the United States, is seeking team members for entry-level restaurant support roles. You will bus, clean, reset tables, and assist in maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

You will learn menu items, assist with recommended upsells, answer phones, and collaborate across teams to ensure a positive guest experience. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and flexible scheduling to support operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot or cold environments and in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Must be able to walk/stand up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Buss and clean tables, reset dining areas, and maintain public area cleanliness.
• Know menu items to assist with upselling and guest recommendations.
• Answer phones promptly and route calls as needed.
• Support restaurant operations across shifts to WOW guests.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
