Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group in California is seeking an Outbacker to support dining room operations and guest service. You will buss and reset tables, ensure clean public areas, and engage guests with menu knowledge and upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting across restaurant areas, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. California-based posting notes beverage service certification required, to be completed within training period up to 60 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to upsell and promote menu items.

Responsibilities

• Bussing, cleaning and resetting tables to maintain guest experience.
• Know menu items and upsell when appropriate.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls as needed.
• Support all areas of the restaurant and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
