Responsibilities

• Bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables; address cleanliness and service needs in public areas to keep guest experience smooth.
• Know menu items and upsell products.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork across restaurant as needs arise; ensure guest WOW moments.
