Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Busser to support dining room operations at our Outback location. You will buss, clean, reset tables, and ensure public areas meet cleanliness standards while delivering a positive guest experience.

You’ll have knowledge of our menu, be able to upsell, answer calls promptly, and work as part of a team to WOW guests. Growth opportunities and flexible schedule are available; benefits include health insurance and paid sick leave.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk/stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Manual dexterity for glassware and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Buss, clean, and reset tables; address cleanliness in public areas.
• Know menu and upsell products.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls.
• Support all restaurant areas as needed to WOW guests.
