Out West Restaurant Group Career Center is seeking a Busser to support dining room operations with friendly, prompt, and attentive service. You will help create a welcoming experience and set the stage for a memorable visit for every Guest.

You will buss, clean and reset tables, learn our menu to upsell, answer phones, and help deliver food and drinks while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. This is a teamwork-driven role with opportunities for growth within the Outback franchise family.

Responsibilities

• Bussing, cleaning and properly resetting tables.
• General knowledge of our food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products.
• Answer the phones in a prompt and professional manner and direct calls as applicable.
• Assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food and bar beverages, helping Guests and ensuring opportunities to WOW are completed.
• Commitment to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards and all safety procedures during the shift.
