The Busser role at Soho Beach House Miami supports runners, servers and management by maintaining a clean, organized dining area and ensuring timely table resets. You will stock stations, assist with setting up service areas, and help deliver guest needs with a positive, attentive attitude.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in similar roles, flexible schedules including weekends/holidays, and strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in similar role.
• Flexible schedule and open to working weekends/holidays.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented ability to multitask and deliver results in demanding and fast-paced environments.
• Basic verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized and candles are on the tables.
• Stock all stations and maintain throughout service along with working with your team to keep the bread warmer full and neat.
• Clear tables, plates and silverware between courses and re-set table for new guests.
• Polish silverware and ensure dishwashing areas meet standards.
• Complete side work before and after service as required.
