Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and detail all tables before service begins with neat place settings.
• Ensure proper china and settings for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Stock stations with flatware, glasses and napkins and keep bread warm.
• Maintain service flow and assist teammates as needed.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and wipe down for new guests.
• Polish silverware and store items per local standards.
• Complete side work and ensure bar cabinet contents are full.
• Remove dirty linen and maintain cleanliness of the station.
