Soho House & Co in Miami Beach is seeking a Busser to support runners, servers, and management by keeping tables clean and organized, stocking stations, and ensuring guest needs are communicated to waitstaff.

The role requires a detail-oriented, fast-paced team player with strong customer service skills. Flexible schedule and weekend coverage are expected to meet the club’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in similar role.
• Flexible schedule and open to working weekends/holidays (when needed).
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented ability to multitask and deliver results in demanding and fast-paced environments.
• Basic verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized.
• Ensure appropriate table setting and china for various services; breakfast, lunch, dinner or feast.
• Stock all stations and maintain bread warmer full and neat.
• Maintain section and ensure bread and water are delivered upon guests’ arrival.
• Clear tables and re-set for new guests after each course.
