Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Busser to support servers and management by cleaning and resetting tables, restocking silverware and dishes, and ensuring guest needs are relayed to staff. The role involves fast-paced service and teamwork across the floor.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience, a flexible schedule, and strong customer service skills. Physical stamina is required to stand long shifts and handle light lifting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Flexible schedule and weekend/holiday availability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented with multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Basic verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Detail all tables before service and ensure neat place settings and candles.
• Prepare appropriate table settings and china for meals and services.
• Stock stations with small plates, glasses and silverware; keep bread warmer stocked.
• Maintain section and ensure bread and water on guest arrival.
• Clear tables between courses and reset for new guests.
• Polish silverware and store pot wash per local standards.
• Complete side work before/after service.
• Ensure bar area cabinet and shelf are full.
• Remove dirty linen and empty trash.
