Soho House is seeking a Busser to support our service team in delivering a polished member and guest experience. You will prep tables, reset after courses, stock silverware and glassware, and communicate guest needs to servers and management.

Ideal candidates are fast, attentive, with a friendly demeanor and reliable weekend availability. This role offers meals on duty and opportunities to grow with Soho House across locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar role.
• Flexible schedule and weekends/holidays availability.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented with multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Basic verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Detail all tables before service; neat place settings and candles.
• Ensure proper table settings for meals and events.
• Stock stations with plates, glassware, and silverware; keep bread warmer full.
• Maintain sections; ensure bread and water are served to guests.
• Clear tables between courses and reset for new guests.
• Polish silverware and storage per local standards.
• Complete side work as per worksheets.
• Ensure bar area cabinet/shelf is stocked before service.
• Remove dirty linen and empty trash from stations.
