Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food Runner, Busser, or Expo in upscale-casual or fine dining preferred.
• Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders from kitchen to guests, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Act as liaison between kitchen and front-of-house staff for order communication and dietary needs.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and reset tables promptly for the next guest.
• Monitor guests’ dining experience and check in regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers and team during high-volume periods to provide seamless service.
