Max Fish in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a Busser with open availability to join our upscale seafood restaurant. You will clear and reset tables, support fast turnover, and help maintain a warm, welcoming dining area.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Busser or in a support role in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Familiarity with high-volume, upscale dining environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-driven setting.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly to support fast table turnover.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area at all times.
• Assist with water and bread service, or food running when needed.
• Help with setup and breakdown of service stations and dining areas.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and hosts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional guest service by maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
