The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure in a high-volume setting, and collaborate with servers to ensure timely food delivery, accurate presentation, and a seamless guest experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food Runner, Busser, Expo in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, ensuring dishes are presented at their freshest and most visually appealing.
• Act as the liaison between kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication of food orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room by clearing tables promptly and resetting for the next guest.
• Monitor guests’ dining experience and provide excellent service by checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to provide seamless service during high-volume times.
