Carver Road Hospitality in New York City seeks a motivated busser to support our busy dining rooms at Carversteak, Rosevale Cocktail Room, and Starchild Rooftop. You will set tables, restock and maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and cleanliness.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, reset, and clear tables; replace silverware and glassware as needed.
• Keep beverage glasses full; maintain sanitation standards at coffee and bread stations.
• Assist servers and kitchen staff; report breakages and equipment issues.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of dining areas during service.
