STK Dallas is hiring a Busser to support servers and maintain a clean, high-energy dining room at THE ONE GROUP concept. You’ll anticipate guest needs, reset tables, and help deliver a seamless guest experience.

We value a strong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to stand long hours, lift 20 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after departures.
• Maintain a clean dining area including floors, chairs, and booths.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages during peak times and with large parties.
• Monitor restroom areas for cleanliness and restocking as needed.
• Communicate with hosts and servers for efficient seating and turnover.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and note special needs.
• Handle tableware and transport to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with overall restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.
