Job summary

First Watch in Union, NJ is seeking a Busser to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, or lunch service. This role emphasizes teamwork, quick table turnaround, and collaboration with Hosts and Servers to keep seating flowing smoothly.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
