First Watch in Birmingham, AL is seeking friendly Bussers who share our YOU FIRST culture. No night shifts, fast-paced service, and a focus on keeping tables ready for customers to enjoy a great breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

As a Busser you will communicate with Hosts and Servers, clean and reset tables in under 3 minutes, and assist with light housekeeping and rolling silverware. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
