Job summary

First Watch in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Busser who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role supports servers and hosts by cleaning and resetting tables quickly, ensuring a spotless dining area and smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables within 3 minutes to maintain dining room flow
• Support servers and hosts to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, and service stations
• Assist with light housekeeping and stocking as needed

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
