Job summary

First Watch is hiring Bussers who keep tables clean and ready for guests, with no night shifts. This role supports Hosts and Servers to deliver a welcoming breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience and contributes to a people-first culture.

You will work with teammates, communicate clearly, and perform light duties like resetting tables and restocking, ensuring a smooth dining flow for customers.

Responsibilities

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
