Job summary

First Watch is hiring Bussers in New Jersey to join our breakfast, brunch, and lunch team. This role emphasizes a no-night-shift schedule and a people-first culture that prioritizes employee happiness and independence to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As a Busser, you will clean and reset tables quickly, communicate table status to Hosts, and may assist with light housekeeping and silverware preparation. Join a team that values collaboration and guest satisfaction.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
