Duties include:

• Open to close and close to open shifts
• Ensure tables are properly cleared, sanitized, and set between guests
• Rearrange tables, chairs, and settings per staff and guest requests
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, patios, and tables
• Possess menu knowledge to answer guest questions, despite not taking orders
• Communicate effectively with hosts and other bussers to prepare tables efficiently
• Stock ice and polish glassware

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or over
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods
