Job summary

First Watch in Scottsdale is seeking a Busser who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will support servers by maintaining clean tables, clearing and resetting seating efficiently, and communicating with Hosts to ensure smooth dining flow.

The role emphasizes teamwork, swift table turnover, and delivering a welcoming guest experience during breakfast, brunch, or lunch service. The position offers full-time hours and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with teammates and Hosts to coordinate seating and service
• Clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes
• Update Hosts and Servers when tables are available for seating
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping and restocking as needed

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
