Job summary

First Watch in Decatur, GA is seeking a Busser to keep tables clean and ready for guests. You will work with a team to maintain rapid turnover and support servers. This role emphasizes quick, friendly service and clean dining areas throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate communicates well, thrives on teamwork, and can perform light housekeeping duties as part of a fast-paced breakfast/brunch environment. This position is on-site and requires a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must communicate well with others and value teamwork.
• Able to clean and reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update Hosts and Servers when tables are available.
• Light housekeeping tasks such as rolling silverware and restroom cleanliness may be required.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
