First Watch is seeking friendly Bussers to join our team in Ohio. You will clean and re-set tables quickly, assist Hosts and Servers, and help with light housekeeping to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
