Job summary

First Watch is currently seeking Bussers who thrive in a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, and lunch setting. You will keep tables ready by cleaning, resetting, and coordinating with Hosts and Servers to optimize seating.

You’ll support daily operations with light housekeeping and proper silverware setup. The role emphasizes teamwork, timely table readiness, and high standards of cleanliness, with no night shifts as part of our YOU FIRST culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping, roll silverware, and maintain restroom cleanliness.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
