First Watch in Carmel, IN is seeking energetic Bussers who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will clear, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes, communicate table readiness to hosts and servers, and support light housekeeping as needed to ensure a smooth dining experience.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
