Rosa Mexicano is seeking enthusiastic Bussers to join our team in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. You’ll greet guests warmly, stock and maintain the dining area, and support smooth service with a focus on tableside experiences like Guacamole. Prior guest service helps you shine as you contribute to a lively, celebratory atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1 year guest service experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized
• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift
• High School Degree or GED required

• Be the heartbeat of the dining room — keep energy flowing, tables turning, and the experience seamless

• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards
• Keep a

• Communicate constantly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized, stocked, and spotless
• Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency
• Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — grow together
• Work together with teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless
