Job summary

First Watch in Columbia, MD is seeking a friendly Busser to support our front-of-house team and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. You will clear and reset tables quickly, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and help keep the dining area tidy and welcoming.

In this role, teamwork and reliable punctuality are essential. No night shifts, and opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced restaurant environment are available to motivated individuals.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
