First Watch in Clemmons, NC is hiring Bussers who share our YOU FIRST culture. No night shifts ever, supportive teammates, and opportunities to grow while delivering a friendly breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

As a Busser you’ll clear and reset tables within 3 minutes, coordinate with Hosts and Servers, assist with light housekeeping, and help keep dining areas spotless. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
