Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned CC&B/CCS domain expert to lead complex business validation during Oracle Utilities upgrades. You will manage triage, variance analysis, and defect resolution across multiple domains, using SQL, Azure data services, Power BI, and JIRA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Oracle CC&B/CCS domain experience across billing, GL, field activities.
• 5+ years SQL data analysis for Oracle Utilities.
• 3+ years in a business validation, triage lead, or test lead role on an Oracle Utilities project.
• 2+ years of Azure data services (Blob Storage, ADF, Azure SQL) in utility data pipelines.
• 2+ years of JIRA defect tracking and Power BI reporting in project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 12 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 BV variance analysis across GL, Collections & Credit, Field Activities, Letters, and ToDos between CC&B and CCS upgrade environments.
• Own the daily BV triage cadence—review BV metrics, categorize variances, assign root cause, drive defect resolution.
• Create structured defect records with root cause analysis and remediation recommendations for functional and technical teams.
• Use SQL and Azure data tools to investigate variance root cause at data layer across GL transactions, batch processing, and ToDo management.
• Analyze BV patterns to surface systemic configuration or logic gaps by domain (GL, C&C, Field Activities, Letters, ToDos).
• Present domain-level trend analyses, defect aging, and open risk items to program leadership.
• Collaborate with functional leads, batch SMEs, and integration teams to resolve cross-domain BV issues.
• Maintain triage process documentation and BV dashboards using Power BI and JIRA.
