Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned CC&B/CCS domain expert to lead business validation across CC&B and CCS upgrade environments. You will own the triage cadence, analyze variances, and drive defect resolution with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong SQL, Azure data services, and Power BI skills, plus experience with JIRA and BV dashboards. Travel may be required in a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Oracle CC&B/CCS domain experience across billing, GL, field activities, collections.
• Minimum 5 years using SQL and data queries to investigate Oracle Utilities data issues, GL transactions, and batch processing.
• Minimum 3 years in a business validation, triage lead, or test lead role on an Oracle Utilities implementation or upgrade.
• Minimum 2 years with Azure data services (Blob Storage, ADF, Azure SQL) in utility data pipelines or testing contexts.
• Minimum 2 years with JIRA defect tracking and Power BI reporting in a project delivery context.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate's Degree, 6+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 business validation variance analysis across CC&B and CCS upgrade environments.
• Own the daily BV triage cadence—review BV metrics, categorize variances, assign root cause, drive defect resolution.
• Create structured defect records with root cause analysis, domain impact, and remediation recommendations.
• Use SQL and Azure tools to investigate data-layer variance root causes across GL and ToDo management.
• Present domain-level trend analyses, defect aging summaries, and risk items to program leadership.
