Job summary

Accenture is seeking a CC&B/CCS domain expert to lead business validation analysis across billing, GL, field activities, letters, and ToDos. You will own the BV triage cadence, drive defect resolution, and synthesize domain trends for leadership review.

Responsibilities include using SQL and Azure data tools to investigate root causes, creating defect records with impact assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to remediate issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle CC&B and/or CCS/ C2M experience across multiple domains (billing, GL, field activities, collections).
• 5+ years of SQL/data query experience investigating Oracle Utilities data issues and GL transactions.
• 3+ years in business validation, triage lead, or test lead on Oracle Utilities implementations or upgrades.
• 2+ years of Azure data services and Power BI reporting in project delivery contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead BV variance analysis across GL, Collections & Credit, Field Activities, Letters, and ToDos between CC&B and CCS upgrade environments.
• Own the daily BV triage cadence; review BV metrics, categorize variances, assign root cause, drive defect resolution.
• Create structured defect records with root cause analysis and remediation recommendations for functional/technical teams.
• Use SQL and Azure data tools to investigate variance root cause at data layer across GL transactions and batch processing.
• Present domain-level trends and defect aging summaries to program leadership on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with functional leads, batch SMEs, and integration teams to resolve cross-domain BV issues.
