Advanced Technology Search is assisting a fast-growing maker of modular coupling/connector products that connect fiber to the Data Center. The company is forming a Business Unit to focus on co-packaged optics (CPO) and will work with hyperscalers to integrate the CPO product with Optical Transceiver ICs.

The Business Unit Leader will determine customer needs, craft strategies and roadmaps, and drive product development with P&L responsibility.

We are working on behalf of a very fast-growing maker of modular coupling /connector products that connect fiber to the Data Center.

They are starting up a group that will focus onco-packaged optics, and they will work with the Hyperscalers to integrate their CPO coupling product with Optical Transceiver ICs and other optoelectronics.

About the Role

This company is looking for aBusiness Unit Head for this CPO productwho will determine customer needs, develop strategies and product roadmaps, drive product development and do P&L.
