Advanced Technology Search is assisting a rapidly growing maker of fiber optic connectivity products for data centers. The company is establishing a Co-Packaged Optics group to advance AI data-center applications with Silicon photonics and advanced optical integration.

We are seeking an Optoelectronics Engineer to lead the Optical Module development from concept through production, selecting technologies, designing, integrating and productizing the CPO solution with substantial hands-on

Qualifications

• BS in Optics or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of hands-on experience developing high-speed optical modules.
• Experience with PAM transmission and 2.5D/3D Optical-Electronic integration is valuable.
• Strong understanding of Silicon Photonics, Semiconductor Physics and Optical-Electronic integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Optical Module from concept through production.
• Participate in technology selection, architecture, design, integration and productization of the CPO solution.
• Own key technical aspects with significant hands-on responsibility and contribute to building the new product family.
