The Business Unit Compliance Function Manager acts as a risk management expert, advising on business and product decisions. This role requires full ownership and SME expertise in complex products, processes, or regulations, contributing to process improvements and policy development. The position may oversee 1-2 analysts and reports to the Business Unit Compliance Group Manager or equivalent.
This role is exempt from FLSA timekeeping requirements and is incentive-eligible.
This position requires proximity to Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Nashville, TN; or Charlotte, NC. It is currently remote but may require onsite work. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Full-time, with salary ranges based on market data and experience. Compensation includes base pay, incentive plans, and benefits such as health insurance, 401K, paid time off, and more. The role is eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
