This position offers the convenience of working virtually from home. Capital One is a top 10 commercial bank focused on building industry-leading digital solutions to better serve clients. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Commercial Operations division, which supports various data support processes across the bank.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 3-4 Data Support Associates across geographies.
  • Analyze and report data to provide transparency to senior leadership.
  • Manage data requests and issues, and develop strategies to improve data quality.
  • Identify data process risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain data dashboards, visualizations, and process diagrams.
  • Collaborate with teams across Commercial Operations, Technology, and Product to identify opportunities for data support improvements.
  • Coach team members to ensure high performance and adherence to policies.
  • Resolve complex problems involving data processes and escalate issues as needed.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and inclusion.
  • Develop and recognize team members to achieve personal and professional goals.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • At least 2 years of Process Management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite for at least 1 year.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for at least 1 year.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Process Management experience.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Certification in Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience in a People Leader role.
