Climate First Bank is seeking a client-focused professional to manage the full lifecycle of new commercial client relationships, from onboarding through account setup and documentation guidance.

The role will involve opening commercial checking, money market, CD, and specialized accounts, plus supporting digital treasury services and onboarding on digital platforms. Collaboration with internal teams ensures accurate service delivery and responsive customer support.

Formación

• Experience supporting commercial banking clients through onboarding and documentation.
• Familiarity with opening commercial checking, money market, CD, and other accounts.
• Ability to guide clients on documentation requirements and account structuring.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for new commercial and business clients throughout the account opening process.
• Open commercial checking, money market, CD, and specialized business accounts.
• Guide clients through documentation requirements and assist in structuring accounts.
• Assist clients with setup and management of digital treasury services.
• Deliver training and onboarding on digital platforms and tools to clients.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient service implementation.
• Serve as the primary contact for Tier 1 service and technical inquiries related to online and mobile banking platforms.
• Address troubleshooting of digital banking tools.
• Monitor and respond to support queues and shared inboxes to ensure timely, accurate resolution.
