The Health Plan and Provider (HPP) team within ZS is a growth venture, focused on strategic offerings and client segments that align with the ZS mission/vision—helping improve life and how we live it. What you’ll do:

  1. Lead end-to-end projects utilizing cloud technologies to solve complex business problems.
  2. Provide technology expertise to maximize value for Health Plan clients and project teams.
  3. Drive strong delivery methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  4. Ensure technology solutions are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost.
  5. Guide, coach, and mentor project team members for ongoing learning and growth.
  6. Demonstrate expertise, facilitation skills, and strong interpersonal skills in internal and client interactions.
  7. Collaborate with ZS experts to foster innovation and mitigate project risks.
  8. Work globally with team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
  9. Bring structure to unstructured work, including developing business cases with clients.
  10. Assist ZS leadership with business case development, innovation, thought leadership, and team initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Currently in your junior year of a Bachelor's degree or in your first year of a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, MBA, or a related field with academic excellence.
  • 5+ years of healthcare consulting experience leading large-scale technology implementations.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Significant supervisory, coaching, and hands-on project management experience.
  • Extensive experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard products and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, and Cloud.
  • Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.

Additional skills:

  • Ability to manage virtual global teams for timely project delivery.
  • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications.
  • Willingness to travel to global offices as needed to collaborate with clients and teams.
